Common characteristics
Design
JiPers products are the fruit of meticulous design work and the application
of technologies with the best cost effectiveness. All the products are checked
on the production site, to test our systems in real situations. This test period
can vary depending on the type of system, but it is never less than one year
(The JiPers 36X model was tested over three years).
At the end of this period, we decide if the product is ready to be marketed or not.
Moreover, we remain ready to listen to all suggestions, in order to constantly
evolve the functionality and ergonomics of our systems. Furthermore, if they are easy
to use and are appreciated, it is thanks to the privileged relationship that we have with our Customers.
Mechanical Part
The mechanical structure of our machines is based on rigid anodized aluminium sections, machined and handled with the greatest care. The controls are made exclusively of treated steel and equipped with ball bearings. Transmission is by protected toothed belts, selected from among the most accurate available. Movements are made by highly reliable stepping motors.
Electronic Part
Each machine has its own embedded, independent computer system. In this way, workstations are not mobilized when the JiPers system is being used. The various menus and functions are clearly displayed on an LCD colour screen, making it possible to very easily control your machine. You can save numerous cutting files in its extensive storage capacity.
Software Part
Starting from a vectorial file of your composition, with the JiPers cutting software, you can create a cutting file recognized by the JiPers system. In general, it installs itself on your drawing station. The generated file is recorded on diskette, then loaded on the cutting system or directly transferred by the computer system.

Custom-built machines
If you supply us with the precise specifications, our engineering department can also design a cutting system to suit your specific needs. Based on existing technology, this machine will evidently benefit from the same qualities of precision and reliability as a machine from the standard range.
